As a customer, I found the company lacking in creativity and originality. The website is visually appealing, but the event planning services felt quite generic. The staff seemed knowledgeable, but their approach did not stand out. 😕 I was hoping for more unique and innovative ideas to make my event special, but I ended up feeling underwhelmed. The overall experience was average; nothing particularly impressive but nothing terribly disappointing either. I believe there is potential for improvement and hope to see more creativity and personalized touches in the future.
