What a fraud. I was contacted to come down for an interview for a hr recruitment position in the company. During the interview, he told me the job scope and what my working hours would be like and my pay. After filling out some forms and "personality" test, they offered me another job out of the company. I was really confused by it, I left feeling cheated of my time.
I asked the person that I'm very confused right now and he told me the intended position I interviewed for is not available at the moment.
Then why ask me to come down to interview for that position??? And why need to tell me what my job scope, pay and working hours would be like?

Also during the interview, he told me that if I work at the hr recruitment in this company and I manage to find jobs for people I'll get commissions.

Don't ever go down for their "HR recruitment executive" interview, it's probably a scam for them to hit their target to get commissions.
