I subscribed (after noooooom many calls because no one has the same speech or the same price a priori) and I wanted to terminate a day later: letter with acknowledgment of receipt ok -

I get an email telling me to resend another one - I call, my termination "seems" ok but I have to wait 1 MONTH to receive my payment !!!

In short, very wobbly and so on ....
Sales team 0, management 0.
I will bring in my lawyer on the matter if I don't have my refund. I do not recommend at all.
