Nice setting and good service. A "jacket policy" i...

Nice setting and good service. A "jacket policy" in 2019 is beyond ridiculous...especially in a contemporary/modernist food setting. The food is good, definitely michelin-level, but it never seemed to hit notes of deep pleasure.
