While I was happy with my quartz and the installers, the woman (who wouldn t give me her name) I spoke with numerous times on the phone made this a horrible experience. She was rude, she lied about them not being able to bring in my sink and tear out my old countertops, and had absolutely no concern with customer service. It s because of her that this is a one star rating instead of four or five.
