Unknown battery problem. No appointment, just sho...

Unknown battery problem. No appointment, just showed up after I got a jump start at home. Sean Bier-Hobbs waited on me immediately and told me how they would diagnose the problem and what my fix options were. I waited about 30 minutes in the quiet room and the problem was solved with a new battery. Excellent service, even without SN appointment.
