Got my address wrong despite correcting them then fined me for late payment of an invoice I never received. I wouldn't use them if I didn't have to.

Have to update this - the sheer incompetence and stubbornness is phenomenal. I can only assume these people are doing business as a result of some financial arrangement with managing agents. I pity the poor tenants that have to suffer customer service from the dark ages.
