Bought a MEC Cote from them in July 2018. Bike shop has been superb. Bike fitting was awesome, everyone is knowledgeable. Hugest shout out ever to their bike fit special Jeff. Met Tim today while struggling with a flat and he's also an all-star.

Spent about $2100 on my bike setup here, would recommend to others. This was a MASSIVE upgrade for me, from a kid bike I've had for 15+ years to a road bike was just a fantastic experience. Picture shows the bike with lights, bell, fenders, rack, bottle holders, and pedals. I also bought the MEC Division Double Pannier which has been fantastic.

Only complaint would be that if you buy a bike and want a 10% discount on accessories, you must do it on the SAME purchase as the bike. Other local shops will give you a month which is nice. Let's be real, there are other people out there like me who don't know how much they need//what they need. We don't realize what we need till we reach for it and don't have it (spare tubes, patch kit etc.). Should have spent more in hindsight, getting everything I needed in one swoop. Won't deduct any stars because that's not this shop's fault, it s a MEC policy.
