Ms. Connie Nelson was the absolute best realtor I ve ever had (I own 6 properties) and wanted to let others know who decide to use her services.
-she was prompt and reliable in all correspondences
-she went above and beyond at all hours of the day to assist us when time was critical
-she was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the buying process and made all aspects of buying easier and straightforward for me.
-she always answered our numerous questions fully and consistently and worked with the selling agent very effectively
-we had a very complicated owner finance scenario and navigated us through that seemlessly and effectively
-she assisted us with navigating the appraisal and inspection process and fought to get us all repairs needed. She is a very effective communicator and was always on our side!
-she submitted our contracts and paperwork immediately to ensure we locked in the purchase
-she is overall one of the nicest persons you will ever meet and she is an absolute pleasure to work with.
