Every time I have a query or complaint it is a hug...

Every time I have a query or complaint it is a huge mission to get any help, and if I do get help they stop responding thereafter. I've asked to change packages weeks ago, there was trouble on the platform where I'm supposed to request it online myself (apparently the person helping me cant be bothered) and the consultant said he would get back to me once it's fixed. Never heard back, after multiple emails.

Besides this, our internet frequently cuts off for no reason. When I queried I was told that they can see there's an issue but I have to trouble shoot myself to find the source. Firstly, why do I have to figure out what's wrong? Secondly, the internet isn't off for long each time, so obviously I cant trouble shoot when its working again. So I have to just accept that I constantly have to reconnect and reload everything I'm busy with. It's very frustrating and I'm honestly reconsidering if this is worth it.
