I couldn't agree more with the negative reviews despite what "Robin Shapiro" says (funny she has the same last name as the "Higher Ups" who are involved with the shelter. )

The word Rude pales in comparison to those that should be used to describe the staff at this shelter. They make up rules as they go along, judging with no skills behind their decision making. Read reviews on yelp, examples of denying a women in a wheel chair a dog, denying people who actually work for a living and many more. I think they make excuses to hold the animals for family or friends.

I will NEVER again waste time visiting them when considering the pet adoption process. I refused THEM based on the attitude of the staff ... There are far to many pets who need loving responsible homes that can obtained at other shelters. This place is all about uneducated people judging with others whom they have NO BUISNESS judging.

And as far as the Shapiros are concerned.. but some effort into training the staff at your shelter. The process is not about the workers needs to hold power over kind hearted people, its about the pet being adopted into a responsible home. Get a clue.
