We hired Limousines Inc for a prom. The company was very professional when booking and setting itinerary. The driver was nice and the kids said he was fun. The reason for the 3 stars is I coordinated the car for 10 high school students, each parent paying for their child. The limo had two chunks of paint missing on the one side (happened to be the side the kids got into) and the silver trim around the windows was very faded - there was also some damage to the trim around the side of the window (see pics). The car looked really beat up. The kids said the inside was nice but for what we paid, I would have expected a car in better condition. At one point, I leaned against the car and apparently it was very dirty because my white pants were covered in dirt - I would have expected it to be detailed before a job. Had it been my wedding, I would have probably cried. In this case I was just terribly embarrassed. Based on the website and business cards I was given by the driver, it appears the fleet is in good shape. This car did not represent that at all - it should probably be removed from the fleet or have major bodywork done before renting it out again.
