Took my van to fix a flat tire around 2pm. They had to order the tire (basic tire), so they could not fix it till the next day. I told the Rep. That i needed the vehicle by 1pm next day. I was told, no problem. They will place the order now and the tire wil be here in the morning. I got there at 130pm next day and they haven't even started. I got my vehicle at 4pm. I just dont understand why it took this long.
