By far the worst experience with car service!! Took Enclave in for oil change and when we came to pick up we were told we needed front brakes for about $600. We said that cost seemed high so we would take to our regular mechanic. We were immediately told that the car was too dangerous to drive and if we insisted on driving to another mechanic we would be required to sign a release of liability. We did, which seemed to surprise the service manager ...the scare tactic did not have the desired effect.

We drove straight to our mechanic and he said we had plenty of life left on the brakes, at least 10K miles. Like we said BEWARE OF THIS UNETHICAL business!!!
