Review of Schomp BMW

Let me start by saying that EVERYBODY at Schomp BM...

Let me start by saying that EVERYBODY at Schomp BMW has been wonderful --- except one person. His name is Chris Sanchez. And he is a sales manager.

I tried to volunteer some suggestion that Schomp can do a better job at helping customers understand on the complicated tax rebates, especially the State of Colorado by providing a little better research at Schomp . Right of the start, I can see he was not going to be receptive,. He stated that they were already doing "xyz" He didn't think there was any room for improvement. I explained the procedure was solved at Nissan and they were able to help their customers better by removing the State tax rebate risk. He said, rather arrogantly, that it was a Nissan, not a BMW. I explained that explaining the tax rebate issue is not related to the marque. I explained that if customers like myself can have less risk with the tax conundrum, Schomp will sell more BMW hybrids (including myself). At that point, Mr. Sanchez said We sell 500 BMWs a month .. , essentially rejecting any suggestion I had, or even giving it a fair listening to.

I do not understand how an arrogant,, closed minded person like Chris Sanchez can make it to the rank of management at a very customer oriented company like Schomp BMW. In the past, I had given Schomp a 5 star review,. I've had many BMWs in the past, and my experience all the personnel there has always been great, whether it was sales or service. But as long as Chris Sanchez is in management, I will not buy another BMW from Schomp.
