I was very excited to stay at 4 star hotel in Chicago and was even more thrilled when I found a room for less than $100 a night. The lobby and bar we're very nice but the room was incredibly shabby and not kept up. The matress was extremely hard and uncomfortable and on top of that, I got a rash on my legs from the linens. Should have known the price was too good to be true. Will never stay at any of the Ambassadors again.
