It is unthinkable that for a simple withdrawal we have to wait 3 hours and a half, I wonder why in the Private one expects a maximum of 10 minutes. Arrived at 7.45 am, paid ticket at 9.30 am .... and the withdrawal? ???.it is not acceptable
