Thanks Fran for sending this to the office on Friday. We really appreciate your sending something light during a hot hot day. It was refreshing and the office loved it. Also, the curry chicken you sent the previous week was a hit. I am really amazed it's dairy free and gluten free. You will have to tell me how you did it.
