After ordering we received the daytimers but the order was missing the additional refills we paid for. The package had a note saying that the extra refills would be sent out at a later date. This was not something we were notified about upon placing the order or emailed about when the items were shipped. It has now been over 3 months from when the order was placed. We have not received the refills. Any emails to the company have not been replied to. On the website it states a 24h reply and there has not been one reply or update from the company since our order.

The daytimer is very nice however the customer service has been non existent and we are still waiting for the rest of our fully paid for order. I don t know if this company has gone out of business but the website is still active and they accepted our payment although they haven t sent the items.
