Service Advisor - Javier Perez - I had $1700 worth of service performed on my car on August 1st at Mossy Nissan Escondido. My car was accidentally damaged during service, and I flipped out on the inside emotionally because I LOVE MY CAR! The service manager and Javier Perez quickly ordered a replacement part and fixed the damage in a timely manner. I was very happy with all the service work that was done to my car, and also them fixing the mistake. I think my only complaint is the general manager Scott not communicating with me. I tried to contact him and he ignored me. I've had all good experiences with Mossy Nissan of Escondido in the sales, financing and service department over the years. Thank You, Javier Perez, in the service department for all your help on this recent visit. I do appreciate it.
