I made the sale of a house with a notary for this study. He did not send the right documents and, having refused to move, the sale almost collapsed.
During our purchase, the sale was postponed by 2 months because he did not manage a particular feature of the cadastre that I had reported to him.
We did not feel accompanied at all, we lacked indications, the answers were sometimes long in coming.
