Terrible. They got my flight information wrong and...

Terrible. They got my flight information wrong and didn't have another ride available for another two hours. They were unapologetic and rude. When I told the first customer service rep, I heard him whisper to himself: "Wow. This is a mess." Obviously, I will never use them again. I ended up using Lyft which wasn't much more expensive and you get a car to yourself.
