Everyone was very polite, but my oil change that was supposed to take an hour ended up taking over 2 1/2 hours. Had I not called to check on my car, it would ve taken longer. My driver told me it had been ready for 15 minutes before I called.I had a hard time understanding why, when I had been given a timeframe, and had made an appointment, it was not able to be completed in the time given.
