When my wife invited me to be trained by Anthony, I, being a Hong Kong senior citizen, was skeptical on the need and benefits to have training at this age.
The second target is to have cardio exercise regularly. Since then, I have these twice a week.
Four weeks training passed now, and I found the training useful and not dull at all especially with all the various training facilities and programs conducted in a decent environment. The other trainers around are also very friendly.
The most noticeable change so far is the better quality of my sleep, less sleepy during daytime.
The trainings let me understand that age is not an excuse for not conducting physical exercises. Keep going my fellow senior citizens.
