Called to book a service appointment for my Jeep with rotational vibrations/shaking. They had a wide open schedule and got me in the next day, no problem. Dropped my car off and came back a couple hours later, they had diagnosed the problem, fixed the vibrations and even finished with a test drive to make sure the car was good to go. This was my first time bringing any car I ve owned to the dealership for service, as everyone always complains it s expensive and time consuming, but this was a painless, positive experience!
