On 8/31/16, along with my two siblings I visited Yasuda Sushi. I do not know who is writing these great reviews but we had a horrible experience! Food is ok but nothing special. Variety yes and quality is just fine. Sushi pieces are tiny and no they are not so fresh they snap. I fish and I know fresh. Service is the worst. Everything in Japanese including the menu and be prepared for a language barrier with your hosts. Chaos everywhere from the moment you arrive at the door to your waitress. Service so slow with about 20-25 minute delays between servings. At the end a huge bill with charges that never took place and sushi that was never consumed. Don't even think or say the words OMAKASE SUSHI in this place. How do you say RIP OFF in Japanese? It was so bad my relative filed an Attorney General complaint and here is an excerpt of horror lived:
1. Yasuda sushi failed to explain the prices per each item consumed as part of the Omakase sushi order. Some of the prices were provided as a price range and not the actual price per piece of sushi served.
2. Yasuda sushi has failed to explain why the bill only reflected two instead of three Omakase sushi orders. There were three of us.
3. Yasuda sushi failed to explain why the bill reflected the total quantity of sushi consumed as 58 pieces for the 3 of us instead of 32 pieces that was actually served to us.
4. Finally, Yasuda sushi has completely ignored our request for an investigation of the matter within the requested time....
