I booked for an COVID 19 RT PCR Swab Test and Antibody Test after I confirmed with them I will receive my result in 2 days. on the appointment day they charged me for same day express service without asking or telling me,until I realized and call them to ask,the lady tried to hang up my call when I haven't finished,after I raise my voice then she's going to explaining they are busy during this period,I may won't receive my result on time if I don't choose express service which I don't think it's my problem that they're busy.
Very poor communication and rude stuff.
