Wow. I can tell you the customer service is. Awesome, but once you get past that point to the claims adjustors and everyone else behind them its a total nightmare, they over talked me.. blind transfered me .. people. Just making up their own assumptions of what happen in my home. Like they was there only to deny a claim .. so why do I pay homeowners insurance ? And why does this company feels like they the only source to utilize?
Well. If I am that invaluable I know what to do asap... find a new. Company to do business with . My money matters
