having bought a replacement Drayton wall stat, we were unable to get it working. I phoned technical support @ drayton and a chap called Steve talked us through how to set it up, this took about 15 minutes on the phone, he was patient and explained things briliantly, despite being non-technical pensioners, he helped us to get the new stat up and running! Gold star for Steve, can't speak highly enough of his help, he is a credit to Drayton
