Was really looking forward to trying this place out.
A group booking was taken, a few days later an employee called back and said the owners don't want to take bookings, so cancelled our booking.
This wasn't a last minute booking, we gave over 60days notice.
Our booking was for breakfast for 30 with the potential to add people (wedding group of over 100 people, most staying right above this establishment)
You can imagine where our group won't be dining for breakfast, lunch or dinner during our 5 day stay....
One poorly executed cancellation, has annoyed in excess of 100 people who have money to spend.... NOT at the Copa bar and restaurant....
How does that saying go? A happy customer tells 3 people, an unhappy customer tells 10.... oh dear 100 unhappy customers.....
