I can only partially recommend this hospital. I was stationary. For all the preliminary examinations and the complete recording I was (4 hours) sent from one floor to another to complete paperwork and pass it on. Everywhere, there are long waiting times. Intolerable condition to persons with pain. The doctors in the orthopedic department were very nice and competent. On station 35 are also very nice and helpful sisters.
I have made very unfriendly and naughty experiences with Case Management. In the previously closed contract I was assured the special station 41, since I have a private additional insurance (2 bed room).
The KHS can additionally charge an additional 66.00 . I ended up at Station 35 instead.
Conclusion: additional insured please take care !!!
