Trusted Health is a nurse-owned company that is really bringing a much needed change to the travel nursing industry. I love how technology geared they are, as it makes it easy to get a lot of the compliance tasks done online. I am not always the easiest person to work with, as I am very particular about the agreements that I sign, and the rates that I will accept, and Trusted was very transparent from the start, even disclosing the bill rate with the pay package. There are so many companies taking more and more of of the bill rate for themselves, and sometimes it is stressful having to negotiate for your hard earned money, or wondering whether or not any money was left on the table, and this company has eliminated all of that, providing the best rates from the start. I am finishing up my first contract with them, and for the first time after a year of traveling, I have finally found a company that I would return to and work future contracts with.
