In NTU "KPI" I was forced to become unemployed after 30 years of teaching experience!
New Head - A. Ganzha started to get rid of me. Ganzha invented one student s dissatisfaction with me and concocted his order in the department for my discredit (destruction). And in the end he survived me! He left me without a favorite job and without means of subsistence.
And earlier he gave me the word to have honor in relation to me if I give him the place of the head of the department of heat engineering and energy efficient technologies of NTU "KPI" and withdraw my candidacy from participation in the competition for the post of head of the department.
As a result, I moved from the post of head of the department to the post of professor of the department. And he began to prepare to pass the competition for the post of professor. A.N. Ganzha, using his administrative powers, did not allow me to participate in the competition at the meeting of the department. And the rector of NTU "KPI" supported Ganzhu A.N. in his wrongful and unlawful actions. What was the reason for my dismissal! So what kind of justice are we talking about? As everything was, everything remained so that in the USSR - even now! Justice is a topic for TV people and radio lovers! And in life everything is not so!
