I ordered a spring for my zero turning lawnmower on July 20th and was notified on the 21st one of the parts was back ordered, would I like a partial shipment. I responded yes as the spri g was the most important item. I waited a week later I get another email the part is still backordered would you like a partial shipment, so I called customer service 37 minutes later of holding I gave up and sent a nasty email. This time I received an email stating they would ship it at no charge. This was on Monday, I received an email with a tracking number, since Monday it says the label has been created but we have not received the item by USPS. This company is a joke, they don't care about their customers, if it doesn't give me a date by the end of the day, I will go buy it locally.
