The staff are very knowledgeable. The wallpaper we chose was a Scott Living product. We got alot of help in choosing the right wallpaper and I love the pattern except that the edge of each section of the wallpaper faded out, so when it was applied you can see what looks like a seam, but it isn't. It's because a very small vertical length of the colour on one edge isn't as vivid as the rest. We did hang it properly and lined everything up properly. Wallpaper should be the same from edge to edge. It isn't Walls Alive's fault at all, but I wouldn't recommend this product just because of the small faded space on each roll. Now our feature wall looks like a wallpaper job gone wrong. It's too bad you can't order wall paper as wide as the wall you want to put it on.

Since I originally posted this review, we approached Walls Alive to let them know our issue with the wallpaper. They contacted their distributor and we were offered either new wallpaper at no charge, or a refund for the wallpaper. We didn't want to remove the wallpaper yet, so we chose to get a refund. We are very satisfied with Walls Alive's customer service. They had our backs. We'll be back.
