Getting floors through this company was a TERRIBLE...

Getting floors through this company was a TERRIBLE experience. They constantly lied to us, had no regard for our time, and generally provided the worst customer service experience imaginable. They left us without flooring in our house for weeks, and acted like it was no big deal. Installation was okay at best, and will not likely last very long, seeing that pieces of flooring are already coming loose. Their lifetime warranty is undoubtedly useless - if they didn't care when there was money to be made, I can't imagine how little they would care now that they've been paid. While researching ffc1, I thought that previous bad reviews were just "difficult" customers with unrealistic expectations; I was wrong. Don't make the same mistake that we did in thinking that going with Farmer's preferred installer will make replacing your damaged flooring a less painful experience. I feel that giving the necessary one star is still a gift, considering our experience.

In response to the ffc1 representative that commented on my review:

I understand the slab needed a few days to dry. It did NOT, however, need to dry for many many weeks! Another pathetic excuse for their poor customer service. Since installation, every stair nose has broken off, and I ve had to reinstall them properly myself. I m glad that a representative never reached out to me like they said they would.
