My experience as a student was that Racism is well and alive in this campos. Particularly if you check in to the Student Academic Counselors, I was discouraged to pursue my academic goal and was re-routed to course of major that I never liked. If you are people of color or even not in the same race groups, you will never get the academic encouragement you deserve in this campus.
