UTD has the worst people working for them. Not only are they rude and inconsiderate but they act as if they are doing you a favor when they "help" you out, even though you are paying thousands upon thousands of dollars each semester. When UTD entered my information in the system it has NEVER been accurate, from day one. So when I try to change something as simple as my birth date they tell me I have to take my birth certificate as proof I am giving them the correct information. I'm sorry, why do I have to go out of my way to correctly adjust information that UTD initially messed up?? To go as far as showing my birth certificate. University of Dallas didn't even ask me to do this much and they are a private university. I don't mind having to show proof of my identity but why should I go about rectifying all the mistakes UTD makes in regards to my personal information?? Information that was already "fixed" according to the gentleman I spoke to SEVERAL months prior to this incident.
