Our experience has not been horrible yet not been as smooth as we would like when calling upon the professionals. Had a furnace go out last year and had a couple different opinions about what it might be. They were super friendly and did borrow us heaters as it was very cold. Previoisly to this central air was working fine. Warm weather rolls in and central air is working but not super strong. Thankfully they were on top of their stuff and had called us to let us know they would come out to check it out free as a follow-up. That was great news for us. They said when sending somebody out here all was good. At that point anytime you turn it on it then started to flip the breaker and would not work. They we're nice and came back out and the guy let us know that we were lucky because if it wasn't for them doing our furnace this would have cost us a lot of money. Long story short it works for about a week or two and we have no air now. we have not called for another follow-up as we cannot afford to pay to have this replaced but it does seem a bit odd that it was working before the furnace went out. I cannot point a finger and blame them because who knows but I can say that there have been some red flags. Office staff are always very friendly.
