My husband and I love to play PS4, usually during the weekdays we dont have an issue getting online. Its always around 7/7:30pm that we start having issues trying to play online.

I've called multiple times, had success once trying to call after business hours since the wait is so ridiculously long. They scheduled someone to come out.

The guy that came out here to try and fix my Internet was awesome. I wish I remembered his name. Other than that my Internet is still doing the same thing every night. If Xfinity came out to my area then I would rather use them.
