Terrible service! Scheduled an appointment for Tueday June 25th @ 7:30AM. I arrived 30 minutes early because of the weather. Megan Whitaker the Collision Estimator never made it in for our scheduled appointment.

After a few hours waiting for a call, I took the liberty in calling her directly a little after lunch hour to follow up and she stated that she is just getting back to work from lunch and don't have any information to give me. And on top of that she NEVER APOLOGIZED for her tardiness and not showing up for our appointment!

It was a week ago today when i dropped off my car and I have yet to hear anything from Megan. Once again, I had to call today for an update and all she could tell me was they are halfway the repair and their Collision Center has limited hours and help in the shop because of the 4th of July holiday!

NOT AT ALL the customer service that I was expecting and deserve!!!

07/10/2019 UPDATE .... after receiving an immediate call from Bryan Schwenn the Collision Department at Baker Nissan and expressed his sincere apology about dropping the ball and assuring me that he will personally ensure that they are on top of everything moving forward - it not only gave me a peace of mind but I am extremely impressed of how he handled my situation, totally turned things around with my mindset and sense of confidence was absolutely awesome!

Bryan personally thanked me for my business and patience throughout the process! That being said, I will ABSOLUTELY recommend Baker Nissan for your Collision needs! Oh, make sure you ask for Bryan!!!

I am a HAPPY CUSTOMER so thanks again!!!
