There was a small rattle from my akro on my Zx10r. Jim from service found a slot for me the next working day and when I arrived my bike was taken immediately to the service department by Andy and Harry who quickly ascertained the problem and removed the offending part and sent it off to akroprovic for replacement, leaving my bike fully rideable and rattle free.
Incredibly good service and why I ride a 100 mile round trip to visit them for all things kawasaki.
