I like how easily accessible this place it, but it's not nearly as commercially professional as FedEx Office or Office Depot, for example.

A few times that I've been in, no one has been at the front desk to help.
It's very cluttered and appears somewhat disorganized.
People are always nice, of course, but it's more of a Mom'N'Pops small business kind of place.

I like that quality in restaurants, but in this case it's a little odd.
They also charge the same prices as other, more prominent, retail print shops, which I think is rather bold.
If they charged lower prices, I would just laugh it off, but when they ask me for a dollar or two just for printing something on a regular sheet of paper, I can't help but feel a little incredulous.

Still, though, it's convenient when I'm in the area, and even though people are somewhat frazzled in figuring things out at first, they always get the job done.

Believe it, or not, they've actually got much nicer equipment than probably any major retail location in the area, but they are still somewhat struggling in their transition from doing business the old ways.

Anyways, keep these guys on your radar, they're not the best, but they're okay.
