We went there tonight (Saturday evening 6:45) and it was ok. My wife and I are hardcore Black & Blue fans. A few different friends of ours said Russell's was better than B&B so we gave it a shot. There's no comparison. Russell's is average. The atmosphere is ok, a bit gaudy and over-the-top but whatever. The food was average...my wife's steak came out medium rare when she asked for medium well (not a huge deal). We each ordered a special that sounded amazing yet we both sat there kinda shrugging our shoulders as we ate like "yeah, it's ok I guess". The service was slow. Like painfully slow to the point where I almost got up to see of someone could come wait on us. If I'm going to drop a couple hundred dollars on dinner, I hope it's better than average. I can understand that people really like it and overall, we had a nice night but it was not a worth the money in my opinion and I can't see us ever going back.
