Beautiful location, close to the center of Gubbio, with a very large and welcoming spa, except for the hydro massage area that would need more maintenance.
Large and very clean room, a little dated but level furniture.
Excellent service in all environments.
Restaurant a bit expensive compared to the proposed menu, but in our case dinner was included in the package, so it was quite satisfying. Excellent but the breakfast.
Overall if I were to rate the entire stay from 0 to 5, I would assign this facility 4.
