Purchased a dishwasher in August 2018, dishwasher stopped working November 2018. Had technician out, couldn t repair on site. Ordered parts. Parts never came as they can no longer get the parts for this model. It s now January 2019 and I still don t have a dishwasher. I ve called corporate due to issues with their customer service department and they yell at me and hang up when I ask for help. Now they auto route me to customer service. I ve been on the phone with customer service everyday for the past few months. They transfer me 12 times to the person who will help me yet that person can t help either. What do I do? It looks as if they have filled bankruptcy in 2018 which could be the issue, it seems i will have to hire an attorney for this matter.
