Waiting to receive a package, I receive the notification of package delivered. I consult the platform where I bought the product and they send me an Alfilxpress delivery note saying that it is delivered with a false ID. Later, I call to see what has happened and when they answer me, they hang up automatically. I call again and they no longer answer.
