Room was dirty, beds had NOT been cleaned. Instead, the cleaning staff had turned the comforters on both beds upside down- so the tag was at the top where you're supposed to sleep. When I went to fix one bed, both comforters on the beds in my room were stained and dirty and disgusting. Dated rooms and at check-in, Sonia was one of the most miserable people to work with. Zero help and all she did was act like she couldn't do a damn thing to help me at all.
