After calling around to multiple dealers and getting a wide range of answers and prices, we called Buff Whelan because we were in the area and figured it was worth one more call. I spoke with Michelle David briefly about what we wanted and she encouraged us to just stop in for 30 minutes.
What a great experience it was! Not only was she empowered to calculate her own deal, there was no back and forth to the manager to get approvals. We actually qualified for all available incentives, which never happens. Initially, she wasn t the most competitive and knew something didn t add up. So she had me call to confirm the details of the lowest competitor. This quickly exposed the math didn t add up and the prices we received were not as previously promised. Suddenly Michelle was the lowest price we had. Not to be outdone, Michelle informed us about an additional $700 Costco incentive that no other dealer had mentioned. It literally took 2 minutes for her to validate and submit our info and we got it.
We ended up taking home a new Equinox and will most certainly be visit Michelle for any other Chevy vehicle needs we have in the future. I would highly recommend her as well. She s very transparent, no B.S. and knows how to get a deal done.
