My sister has been at this facility awaiting crema...

My sister has been at this facility awaiting cremation for over a week. The staff have no idea where her urn is and have given us misinformation multiple times. As if this process wasn't hard enough. My family feels as though we were pushed to the side to make way for other, potentially more expensive, funerals. We definitely will not be using this funeral home again.
